Bashley Owners Association was formed in 2011 by a group of owners of private static caravans on Hoburne Bashley Park in the New Forest.
The Association is there to help owners with any problems encountered during the ownership of a static caravan. If necessary the Association is there to take up matters with the Park Management or Insurers on behalf of an individual or number of individuals. The more owners that join the larger our voice.
It is easy to join and we only charge a nominal annual fee of £5. For 2015 there is no joining fee.
The Association holds 2 public meetings each year. In May we have our AGM and in November our half yearly meeting. All private owners on the Park are invited to attend and to put forward new ideas, to air their views, or to voice matters of concern or simply to ask for advice or guidance.
There is a social side to the Association which we are hoping to expand. The first event of the year is usually a "Horse Race Night" in March. This is great fun and offers a chance to get to know each other. Hoburne also organises an Owners Dinner Dance each year usually held at the end of September. This is always a great evening with dancing and good food, and is usually very well attended.
